Our Services
Podiatry
Our HCPC-registered podiatrists provide professional assessment and treatment for adults and children, including people living with diabetes.
We offer specialist care for ingrown toenails, including nail surgery for persistent or recurring problems, as well as treatment for verrucas.
Our podiatry services also include diabetic foot assessments, routine foot care, treatment of corns, callus and cracked heels, and support for heel pain, forefoot pain and other conditions affecting comfort and movement.
We take time to understand each patient’s needs, relieve discomfort and provide practical guidance to support long-term foot health.
Ayurveda
Our personalised Ayurvedic consultations are provided by Vaidya Seema Datta, an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner with more than 25 years in practice and a special focus on women’s health.
Using traditional Ayurvedic principles, Seema considers your health history, lifestyle, diet, sleep, digestion and daily routine to provide personalised guidance designed to support balance, energy and overall wellbeing.
She supports women through different stages of life, including menstrual health, preconception, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause.
Mobility, Balance & Functional Fitness
Our personalised programmes help adults improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence in everyday life.
Whether you want to feel fitter, become more active, move more comfortably, manage the effects of a health condition or rebuild strength after a period of inactivity, your programme will be shaped around your ability and goals.
Sessions combine functional strength, balance, coordination, posture and mobility exercises to support better movement in daily life.
Choose from one-to-one personal training or supportive small-group sessions. Nutritional guidance, written assessments and progress reports are also available where appropriate.
