Antonella is the founder of AGM Centre and brings more than 30 years of experience in health, movement and therapeutic practice.
She specialises in supporting adults to improve mobility, balance, strength and confidence through personalised, low-impact exercise and practical wellbeing guidance. Her approach is carefully tailored to each individual, with structured screening, appropriate adjustments and steady progression.
Antonella understands that changes in health or mobility can affect confidence, independence and everyday life. Her work is centred on helping people feel stronger, safer and more capable, while maintaining dignity, respect and individual choice.
Her approach is also shaped by her Krishna-conscious values of compassion, service, respect and care for the whole person.
Alongside her work at AGM Centre, Antonella is actively involved in the local community. She leads an Over-50s Mobility and Friendship Group, serves as a St Albans District Coordinator for Neighbourhood Watch and contributes to local initiatives that promote safety, wellbeing and social connection.
Known for her warmth, encouragement and ability to motivate others, Antonella is committed to helping people move with greater confidence and enjoy a better quality of life.
Margarita holds BSc (Hons) degrees in Ayurveda and Podiatric Medicine. She trained in India, completed 1,000 hours of Ayurvedic clinical experience and continues to develop her knowledge through ongoing study and professional practice.
She has a particular interest in applying Ayurvedic principles to modern life in a practical and accessible way. Alongside her Ayurvedic work, Margarita is an experienced podiatrist specialising in biomechanics, gait analysis, custom foot orthoses and nail surgery under local anaesthetic.
Margarita is also a registered member of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association.

Anna Beech is a state registered podiatrist graduating from the University of East London in 2013.
Anna has a profound understanding in general foot health and foot pathologies. Anna works with a focus on promoting appropriate foot care education to her patients to prevent reoccurring issues, and is one of our domiciliary podiatrist.
