At AGM Centre, our aim is to make Ayurveda practical, personal and easy to understand. Your consultation focuses on you—your current concerns, your stage of life and the areas where you would like support.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a traditional system of health originating in India. It recognises that everyone has an individual constitution and that our wellbeing can be influenced by food, lifestyle, stress, the seasons and changes throughout life.
Within the Ayurvedic tradition, five elements—space, air, fire, water and earth—combine to form three principles known as the doshas:
Vata – associated with movement, creativity and change Pitta – associated with transformation, focus and drive Kapha – associated with stability, nourishment and structure
Everyone has their own combination of these qualities. An Ayurvedic consultation helps explore your individual pattern and identify practical ways to support greater balance in daily life.
How Ayurveda May Support You
People often seek Ayurvedic guidance when they would like support with:
Digestion and eating routines
Energy and general vitality
Sleep and relaxation
Stress and emotional wellbeing
Seasonal changes
Women’s health and important life transitions
Developing healthier, more consistent daily habits
Ayurveda is not about following a rigid routine. It is about understanding what may work best for you and making realistic changes that can fit into your everyday life.
Following the consultation, you may receive personalised guidance relating to nutrition, daily routines, rest, movement, seasonal wellbeing and Ayurvedic support where appropriate.
Recommendations will be explained clearly so that you understand what has been suggested and how to introduce any changes gradually.
