🌿 Ayurvedic Consultations in
St Albans and Hatfield
Personalised Ayurvedic guidance for your lifestyle and wellbeing
Ayurveda is a traditional holistic approach to wellbeing that considers the whole person, including lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, daily routines and individual constitution.
At AGM Centre, appointments are provided by our visiting Ayurvedic doctor. Each consultation is private, unhurried and tailored to your individual needs and wellbeing goals.
Before attending, you will be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire.
This helps the Ayurvedic doctor understand your health history, lifestyle, diet, sleep, digestion, current concerns, medication and general wellbeing before your consultation.
The information you provide will then be discussed in more detail during your appointment.
