Services & Pricing – Individuals
Our one-to-one sessions are delivered in a calm, professional environment with a nurturing, premium level of care.
Initial Consultation
45 minutes – £75
A friendly, detailed assessment of your movement, balance, posture, lifestyle and goals. Together, we map out a clear, personalised plan to support safe and steady progress — including movement and gentle nutritional guidance where appropriate.
Follow-Up Sessions
45 minutes – £65 A personalised one-to-one session to continue building mobility, strength and stability at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.
30 minutes – £55 A shorter, focused appointment ideal for regular check-ins, targeted exercises or gentle maintenance support.
Package Option
Block of 4 Follow-Up Sessions – £240 (You may mix 30-minute and 45-minute sessions.)
A supportive way to stay consistent with your programme while saving on individual session costs.
Support for Retirement Homes & Lifestyle Villages
Alongside individual work, we partner with retirement homes, lifestyle villages and senior living communities to bring nurturing, clinically-informed movement sessions directly to residents.
Our aim is to support safer movement, reduce falls, and enhance residents’ everyday confidence and quality of life.
Group Mobility & Balance Classes (On-Site)
Gentle, enjoyable group sessions designed to:
Improve balance, posture and flexibility
Build strength in a safe, supported way

One-to-One Resident Mobility Sessions
For residents who need more individualised support or confidence-building.

These sessions are calm, reassuring and tailored to the resident’s abilities, energy and needs.
Workshops for Staff & Care Teams
Practical, confidence-building workshops designed to support safer movement and falls awareness in everyday care.
Topics include:
Safe movement, transfers and assisting residents
Falls-awareness and prevention principles
Posture, stability and simple mobility exercises
How to gently encourage and support residents to stay active
Duration: 60–90 minutes Rate:£150 per workshop
