2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
a) Cancellation by Patients
To avoid any fees, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged full appointment fee.

b) Cancellation by AGM Centre Ltd.
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., staff availability or unforeseen emergencies).
In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. While we strive to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee a specific rescheduled date or time.
3. Refunds and Payment Policies
a) Refund Eligibility
If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
b) Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your original payment account.

4. Payment Terms for No-Shows and Late Cancellations
Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, will result in a full appointment fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your payment method on file.
5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from or relating to this Policy or the services provided by AGM Centre Ltd. will be governed by the laws and dispute resolution clause, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
