🌿 What is Ayurveda?
(And why it’s a big deal at AGM Lifestyle)

Ayurveda is the original self-care system—it’s over 5,000 years old and still totally relevant today.
The word itself means “knowledge of life”, and that’s exactly what it is: a natural way to understand your body, your mind, your moods, and how to keep them all in balance.
At AGM Lifestyle, we use this ancient Indian wisdom to help you live in harmony—with yourself, your environment, and the people around you.
🌍 So how does it work?
Ayurveda says we’re all made from five elements: Air, Space, Fire, Water, and Earth (Yes—just like nature. Because we are nature!)
These elements show up in your body as different energies called doshas:
Vata (Air + Space): creative, fast-moving, airy
Pitta (Fire + Water): focused, fiery, passionate
Kapha (Earth + Water): calm, steady, nurturing
Everyone has a unique mix of these—your own personal “mind-body blueprint.” When your doshas are in balance, you feel energised, calm, and well. When they’re out of sync, you might feel tired, foggy, or unwell.
💫 Why You’ll Love It
Ayurveda helps you:
Understand your body and what it actually needs
Eat and live in a way that works for you
Stay balanced through the seasons (and life!)
Feel more connected—physically, emotionally, spiritually
It’s not about rules or restrictions. It’s about living in tune with who you are—and doing it with kindness, simplicity, and joy.
