Antonella is an entrepreneur who enjoys creating and investing in projects, The AGM Centre is her latest project which she designed & built with her team, at present the Centre offers a Podiatry Clinic, First Aid Training and Ayurveda Practices.
Ayurveda is a lifestyle that Antonella developed an interest in a few years ago, studying and actively practicing, she decided to bring it to the AGM Centre for others to benefit and experience in the goodness that Ayurveda can offer.
Antonella also trained as a Physical Education Instructor for over 14 years, which included Personal Trainer and Coordinator/Trainer for Control & Restraint. Within this time, she also trained as an Examiner/Trainer in First Aid, training corporate clients, childcare professionals, private clients. Then she went on to co-owning & managing a Childcare Centre in Hertfordshire for several years.
Antonella spends some of her time volunteering and supporting different groups, in environmental issues, as a social integrator, working on youth educational projects. Feeding the Homeless & working in the kitchens to support.
She is a great motivator, action taker, nurturer and accountability partner who enjoys supporting people to achieve what they want in Life.
Margarita Taglia
Co-Founder, Ayurveda Practitioner & Podiatrist
Margarita fell for Ayurveda ever since she read her first book on the basics of the science at the age of 16. Her natural upbringing in rural Lithuania and close connection to nature resonated with the Science of Life.
Margarita graduated from MAYUR (Manipal, India) with BSc honours degree in Ayurveda in 2007. Since then she visited Kerala and Karnataka multiple times and stayed at various Ayurveda centres to deepen her understanding in the science. She successfully completed 1000 hours of internship and continues visiting India for further development. She is also a registered member of Ayurvedic Professionals Association.
Margarita has a particular interest in a practical application of this ancient wisdom in our modern daily lives to maintain health and prevent the disease. She passionately applied the science in the upbringing of her 3 nearly grown up children. She regularly runs yoga and Ayurveda retreats in Lithuania.
Margarita is also a State Registered Podiatrist with BSc honours degree from UCL, the school of Podiatric Medicine, with two successful practises in North London.
Margarita has a greater insight in Biomechanics & Gait analysis, also specialising in custom made foot orthosis and nail surgery under local anaesthetic.

Anna Beech is a state registered podiatrist graduating from the University of East London in 2013.
Anna has a profound understanding in general foot health and foot pathologies. Anna works with a focus on promoting appropriate foot care education to her patients to prevent reoccurring issues, and is one of our domiciliary podiatrist.
Katie Mc Canny
Podiatrist
Katie trained in University of Ulster and obtained 2:1 in her Podiatric Medicine BSc 2021. Since then she has worked across Northern Ireland, London and Hertfordshire.
Katie has a passion for helping people in regards to feet and lower limb health. She has a keen interest in routine podiatry, diabetic foot care and biomechanics.
Katie is constantly updating and developing her skills in podiatry to help patients.

She is a compassionate person who loves to teach practical tips to improve one’s health through Ayurveda along with helping people with their health journey during autoimmune diseases and chronic illness

Being from Indian origin Manminder has a good knowledge of spices,
herbs, and the combination of seeds that is used in our everyday
cooking. Which have significant benefit to our diet and lifestyle
especially when it comes to empowering body functions.
Maninder went to New Mexico to complete her training for her Ayurvedic
Studies Level 1 and 2, Under the supervision of Dr. Vasant Lad, who is
seen as a great Guru in Ayurveda. She has completed practice of
clinical treatments and studies. Qualified in 2017 as Ayurvedic
Lifestyle and Diet Practitioner Year 1 and 2 from Ayurvedic Institute,
Albuquerque in New Mexico, under Dr Vasant Lad and is a Member of
Ayurvedic Professionals Association.
